Cancellation Policy

Flexibility and Transparency

Our Cancellation Policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring transparency if you need to change your plans.

1. Cancellation by the User

If you need to cancel your casino event reservation, make sure to do so as soon as possible to avoid any potential fees. We encourage you abide to our refund policy if that is what you need:

  • Cancellations requested over 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation request, refunds will be processed within the next 7 to 10 business days. For more questions and concerns about our refund policy, please contact our customer service team in order to assist you.

2. Casino-Initiated Cancellations

In case the event organizer or casino may need to cancel your booking due to uncertain circumstances, you will be notified immediately, and we will assist you in finding an alternative event that meets your needs. Any payments made will be fully refunded or transferred to the new event of your choice.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the reimbursement to reflect back into your original payment account. If you do not get your refund within this time frame, please contact our customer support team for your prompt assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some casino tournaments or events could be non-refundable. If you book a non-refundable event, the terms will be clearly stated during the booking process, and no refunds will be issued in case of cancellation.
